Known for its tropical landscapes and the Andes Mountains, our Colombian bean hails from the heartland of the coffee region.
This Arabica bean has volcanic origins and has a strong, full, rich aroma.
We balanced our blend with flavors from Ethiopia and Honduras. And roast these beans in medium to create a smoky, earthy complex of fruit with lingering dark chocolate notes.
As a surprise, a dash of Uganda Robusta was added.
